At the request of the FBI, Cecil Stoughton, an official White House Photographer from the Kennedy Presidential years (1961-1963), extracted these film negatives from sixteen individual frames of the infamous 8mm Zapruder film in order to create 5"x7" prints of each frame. These negatives were subsequently returned to Mr. Stoughton by the FBI because an accidental oversight in the creation of the photographs resulted in a reversed image.
