Lee Harvey Oswald's "Change of Address Order," 2pp. The pink card has been expertly laminated in clear pastic. Oswald has printed his name, effective date ("March 6"), old address ("602 Elsbeth St., Apt. 2/Dallas, Texas"), new address ("214 W. Neely St./Dallas, Texas"), and signed it "Lee H. Oswald." On verso, Oswald has indicated the change is for all mail including newspapers and magazines and that the change is permanent for his entire family. The change was entered on "3-6-63." From the Warren Report, Appendix XIII: "The Oswalds moved out of their Elsbeth Street apartment on March 3, 1963, to an upstairs apartment several blocks away at 214 West Neely Street...On March 12, (Oswald) ordered a rifle from Klein's Sporting Goods in Chicago under the name of A.
