Postcard sent by Lee Harvey Oswald from Russia. Color Russian postcard, captioned "Minsk. Stalin Prospect" on verso, depicting a photograph of people walking on a tree-lined street, buses and cars visible. On verso, Oswald has penned on the left message side to his brother, "Robert/Pretty big, huh?/Love/Lee." On the right address portion, Oswald has written, "USA/Fort Worth, Texas/7313 Davenport St./Mr. Robert Oswald" and, beneath this, his address in Russian and his signature in Russian. Oswald originally intended to mail this but, instead, inserted it in a letter mailed to his brother. 5 3/4 x 4" Sale History: Herman Darvick Autograph Auctions, December 1994
