Lee Harvey Oswald hand-wrote this letter to his brother Robert from Minsk on May 22, 1962, a mere 18 months before he assassinated John F. Kennedy from the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas. The letter is written in English, in purple ink, on stationery picturing a street in Minsk. This letter was a Warren Commission exhibit and is discussed in Appendix XIII of the Warren Report.
