Judd leg iron used by Harry Houdini. Formerly in the Houdini Magical Hall of Fame and the Houdini-Hardeen Collection. Silver-colored metal leg iron comprising a pair of cuffs with deep rivets carved into the section where the cuff interlocks to ensure a snug fit. The cuffs, which are from Houdini's personal collection, are connected by a metal chain. The Judd leg iron was named after Henry Judd, who obtained a patent on the design on August 2, 1904-Patent # 766263. Together with a photograph and COA signed by Henry Muller, owner and curator of the Houdini Magical Hall of Fame, and Sidney Radner, honorary curator of the Houdini Historical Center.
