FROM THE GINGER ALDEN ELVIS PRESLEY COLLECTION:
Elvis wore many concho-style belts but this belt was unique and one-of-a-kind. Crafted from black rawhide strips with black and pearl-colored beads on silver-toned safety pins in a Native American-style motif, this belt was kept in Elvis' dressing area at Graceland. Elvis was very proud of his clothing, costumes, and the unique items that he owned, of which this was one. While in his dressing area with Ginger, Elvis pulled out a number of his stage belts and gave several of them, including this one, to Ginger, telling her how he much he admired the workmanship that was put into it. This belt comes with a letter of authenticity from Ginger Alden. Beaded roundels: 33", fringe 17" and 21"
THIS LOT IS FROM THE GINGER ALDEN ELVIS PRESLEY COLLECTION, AND IS NOT PART OF THE PUGLIESE COLLECTION.
