Costume from "Batman" (ABC-TV, 1966-68). A two-piece plaid suit in a colorful comic-book palette of green, pink and baby blue stripes with large hot-pink buttons. Worn by Frank Gorshin, in the role of the Riddler, in the first "Batman" episode, "Hey Diddle Riddle" (first aired January 12, 1966).
