Exceptional Inscribed Signed Photo, 8x10", b/w image of Hemingway seated at a bullfight between two friends. Boldly signed: "To Annie Davis with love, Ernest". Hemingway was a guest of Annie and Bill Davis at "La Consula," an estate near Malaga, Spain,while working on his book "The Dangerous Summer." a nonfiction novel, that was a chronicle of a brutal season of bullfighting and the rivalry of Antonio and another matador. This photo is also signed by "Cano" who was his photographer in Spain. Small touch ups on top portion, not affect the image of Hemingway or his handwriting. In very good condition. A great image for display.
