George III Three-Piece Steel Fireplace Set,
English, ca. late 18th - early 19th c., consisting of poker, tongs and pierced fish-tail shovel, all with ball finials. An attractive set that is much, much more elusive than brass of the period. 26" Condition reportShovel end has light rusting, coarse surfaces and a solder mark where it joins handle.
