cartouche shaped top with elaborate marquetry inlay including masks and garlands centering musical passage, marquetry inlaid skirt on ebonized legs, New York, circa 1870s, 17-1/2 x 47 x 31-1/2 in. Reduced to coffee table height, otherwise generally good condition with old refinishing, later gold paint on edges of top, minor abrasions and normal wear.
