rosewood veneers with elaborate marquetry inlays and brass mounts, central door with urn and flower marquetry inlay and rosewood veneers opening to bird's-eye maple lined interior with three adjustable shelves, possibly Alexander Roux, New York, circa 1870s, 47 x 58-1/2 x 18 in. Old surface with rich dark color, interior shelves with later tacking paper, traces paper label on back, minor veneer cracks, top with minor water stains and one small buckle to veneer, minor surface dirt and abrasions.
