four lines letters and numbers over stylized tree flanked by crowns, quadrupeds and floral urns, "Milicent A Jackson/Aged 10 years", flowerpots at bottom corners on a purple ground, wool on canvas, possibly American, mid 19th century, 15-1/2 x 15 in. (sight); probably original grain painted wood frame. Fading, some discoloration where colors have bled, good condition overall, not examined out of frame. Provenance: A Greenville, South Carolina Collection
