in two sections, bowl with carved man's head with long wavy hair and pointed collar, stem with curved elements (possibly oak), original varnish surfaces, 18-1/4 in. Chew loss at tip, bowl cracked with burned elements from heavy use, minor white paint drips. Provenance: Said to be from Davidson County, Tennessee, mid 19th century; A Nashville, Tennessee Collection
