highly figured mahogany veneers, poplar and white pine secondary, swiveling top opening to paper lined interior, one false over one small drawer over one long drawer, lustrous reddish-brown color, illegible pencil inscriptions on back, probably New York, 1820-1830, 29-1/2 x 24-1/4 x 14 in. (opens to 28-1/4 in.). Scattered veneer chips and minor repairs.
