ABT: Lionel #2625/7/8 Irvington Heavyweights/ OBs

Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: These are the #2625 Irvington, the #2627 Madison and the #2628 Manhattan Illuminated Heavyweight Passenger Cars that Lionel made circa 1948. A Superb and Matched Set; even all of the "long" wiring to the contact rollers is a match. Our Opinion is that they are generally in Like New Plus Condition, with one example never touching track. The Original SF-1 AT Boxes are in (9/9-) Condition, minor wear, with correct Inserts, with the #2628 Box missing a tuck-in flap. It may be a long time before a better set than this lot hits the marketplace. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $40.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
