THOMAS MIFFLIN.
Manuscript Document Signed “Tho. Mifflin” as Governor of Pennsylvania, on vellum (Philadelphia, PA), July 7, 1790, 13” x 15.5,” Choice Very Fine. Normal age toning; one natural hole in the vellum at left margin. A grant to Samuel C. Seek of a tract of land called "Deer Flat" in Northampton County. Mifflin's large signature is at top left under the paper seal, which has a couple of folded or clipped points. Suitable for framing and display. A scarce form for this signer.
