BENITO MUSSOLINI & VICTOR EMMANUEL III, Italian Dictator, and the King of Italy.
Document Signed by Mussolini and Victor Emmanuel, one page, Rome, 1926, 14.25” x 9.25,” Very Fine. An official government document taken from a bound volume. Minor light toning at edges, some pencil notations, otherwise quite clean. Contains the usual, official stamps and markings. The black border could be indicative of an important death. At the time he signed this document, Mussolini, as leader (Il Duce) of the Fascists, was openly dictator of Italy; the king, a mere figurehead. A rare document, signed by two important and historic world figures.
