Printed Document dated September 5, 1831, signed in type by William Clarke, Maiden Lane, (NY), 7.75” x 9.5,” Very Fine. A cover letter for a season ticket to the showing of the late Benjamin West’s “Christ Rejected” painting on display at the Masonic Hall at Broadway. Still attached is the integral address leaf with a circular postmark from New York.
