6.75” x 7.25,” signed by Eleazer Wales as Committee member ordering the Treasurer (John Lawrence) “to secure to Mr. Ezra Parker the Payment of Fifteen pounds two shillings and two pence being the Balance found due to him for Service in the Continental Army in the year 1780...” Endorsed on the back by John Canfield on behalf of Exra Parker.
