6” x 3.5” uncolored portrait image on fine-laid paper, 8.25” x 5.2” overall size--clipped from “EUROPEAN MAGAZINE.” Sharp, crisp, dark portrait of Howe, attired in his military uniform, and surmounted by decorative faux 3-D framing. Very light toning to page.
