Unique Engraved “Heraldic Eagle” Brass Printing Plate

c. 1810, Hand Engraved Metal Printing Square, Choice Extremely Fine.
1-7/16” x 1-7/16”. One side features a on a Globe, much as on the Immunis Columbia Coinage of New York. The other side displays a Roman Soldier stylized figure, wearing a helmet and holding a spear. Although its age and origin are unknown, this appears to have been used for printing an illustration circa the early 1800s.
