New York: Francis Childs and John Swaine, 1790. Broadside (335x210 mm). Signed in print by Frederick Augustus Muhlenberg, John Adams and George Washington. Condition: soiling, chips and tears in the right margin not affecting text. Scarce. Bristol B7565 locating only a single copy. [With:] Two other printed broadside acts of the second session of the First Congress: 1) An Act to continue in Force an Act passed at the last Session of COngress, intitled, "An Act to regulate Processes in the Courts of the United States 2) An Act to prescribe the Mode in which the public Acts, Records and judicial Proceedings in each State, shall be authenticated so as to take Effect in every other State.
