Hudson River scene in Autumn foliage with 3 figures, possibly Indians next to river, signed W M Brown in LL, 16" H x 24" W in original frame, 2 spots the size of erasers in the sky with paint loss - small old tear 1/2" with old tape residue in tree - never cleaned - not relined. The frame with missing gesso in 3 spots, handed down to the consignor in 1941 by her Father who resided in New York.
