Depicts a large sailing vessel ocean bound, measures 22" H x 28" W, signed: Brennan in LR, label on the back identifies the artist as Francis Brennan of Allen Park, MI; a listed artist he has a recent auction record of 3100.00 sold at thomaston auction galleries september 9th 2007, additionally the canvas panel has a J.L. Hudson Label. Condition: Painting is unframed, original varnish covering is turning yellow and needs cleaning, small scratch on the front of the ships lowest sail with approx. 1/4" diameter area of paint missing, minor scratches and marks, no other major damage found.
