Circa 1940 Hand Painted Mahogany Speed Boat Model

The boat is titled: "Mr. WOO", this well executed speed boat model does not have a motor and measures 33" L x 12" W x 7" H, entire model is painted yellow and a dark red with yellow banding, some mahogany areas varnished, Lucite windshield, boat does have removable hatch covers. Condition: Minor wear to the painted and varnished surfaces, small areas of varnished trim missing around the drivers compartment and rear passenger compartment, losses to the thin side wood strips with approx. 75% missing. There is a shrinkage fracture underneath which has a 1/8" opening starting at the back of the boat and extending 1/2 the length, heavy scuffs with paint loss underneath and is missing its propeller.
