Powder Horns
Rare Translucent Powder Horn c. 1830, Translucent Powder Horn, Choice Very Fine. This large, 14” long horn is light golden color, with a large, rounded wooden base plug. Wooden tip plug. A very unique horn in that the inside of the horn has been carved to produce a “translucent" body so that the powder inside could be viewed by the user.
