Description
Discharge 63rd New York. 8 ¼" x 10 ¾" illustrated partially printed document, June 30, 1865. The document was the discharge of Henry C. Church, from Utica, New York who had enlisted on October 7, 1861 at the age of twenty-eight, as a private. He was mustered into "I" Company of the NY 63rd Infantry. He served his term and re-enlisted and is discharged at Alexandria, Virginia. The discharge is signed by James W. Brady, Lieutenant Colonel.
