Late 19th C. Copper Running Horse Weathervane

The horse has a cast zinc head, horse is mounted on a horizontal copper closed end tube, vane is 25" L x 14-1/4" H x 1-1/4" W. Condition: The original oxidized copper finish is very chalky, the tail has been re-attached (could use straightening), additional separation of the seam at the rear of the horse, the other leg seams are of high quality including the head attachment seam, head shows good oxidization. Does not include wooden base. Note: There are approx. 8 bb or small caliber hits on the left side and approx. 3 on the right side, no other major damage found.
