Late 19th C. Walnut Renaissance Revival Hall Tree

With fret carved crest, the hall tree has a circular mirror with turned hooks over a umbrella / cane base, there is additionally a single drawer with white marble top and 2 circular cast iron drip pans, measures 96-1/2" H x 41" W x 14" D. Condition: The piece appears to have an early re-varnishing, some fractures to the back panel at the base with some minor separation, the mirror surround is slightly curved and some light discoloration and streaks in the mirror, appears the drawer knob has been replaced, no other major damage found.
