The caption reads: Oct 31--GEN MAC ARTHUR STANDS WITH LIBERATED FILIPINOS--Gen. Douglas Mac Arthur, commander of the American ground forces in the Philippine invasion, is surrounded by a group of native Filipinos, liberated from the Japanese by the American advance in 1944. In excellent condition with a slight edge tear.
