Legendary U.S. Actress. Starring in over 80 films, she won an Academy Award in 1945. DS, 1p, 4to, dated August 7, 1957. In part: "...we would like to have written confirmation extending the letter of Lux endorsement by your client, Joan Crawford, dated July 5, 1956. Such extension to expire July 5, 1958. It is further understood that when we do a Lux campaign featuring Miss Crawford, she will sign a regular Lux Advertising release..." Signed boldly in blue ink: "Joan Crawford." 3 tape stains and mail folds. One tape mark affects signature. Otherwise good condition.
