Georgia Hepplewhite tapered leg table, yellow grain painted base, yellow pine throughout. A hunt table with similar decoration and form is depicted in "NEAT PIECES: THE PLAIN-STYLE FURNITURE OF NINETEENTH-CENTURY GEORGIA", by Deanne D. Levison. Condition - overall very good condition, old age crack to top, old surface with expected wear for age. 30 3/8" height x 30 1/2" width x 23 3/4" depth. Early 19th century.
