Wythe County, Virginia stoneware jar, rolled rim with four incised lines around upper shoulder, incised sine wave around circumference of jar. Condition - three old rim chips to underside of rolled rim, old chip to base (possible firing flaw). Found in Wythe County. 12 ½' height. Circa 1850. Hearn estate.
