North Carolina James Teague related pottery

North Carolina pottery attributed to James G. Teague and Teague pottery, total of three items. 1st item - Miniature blue glazed jug,, incised on the bottom "Teague" . Blue glaze over a light red clay, glaze over incised name on the bottom. Condition - couple of tiny flakes to rim edge, otherwise excellent. 2 1/4" height. Early 20th century. 2nd item - NC stoneware salt glazed pitcher with crimped rim to form spout. Pitcher has a looped swirl on the bottom where the potter cut the pitcher from the wheel after making. This swirl cut mark is similar to cut marks found on known James Teague pieces. For a similar example of this pitcher and the cut mark, see "The Remarkable Potters of Seagrove: The Folk Pottery of a Legendary North Carolina Community." Excellent condition. 6 1/2" height. Early 20th century. 3rd item - North Carolina art pottery bowl with cream glaze and light brown run streaks. Marked on bottom, "F. Craven Teag-- (Teague). Very good condition with tiny glaze nick to rim. 3" height. 20th century.
