C. Bennette Moore (American/New Orleans, 1879-1939) , a pair of hand colored photographs of "Patio Royale" and "Brulatour Court". Each signed lower left, C. Bennette Moore, New Orleans. Artist's and title labels with descriptions verso. Overall excellent condition, some minor wear to original gilt frames. Sight 9 1/2" x 71/2", 10 1/2" x 12 1/2" frames. Early 20th century. Note - Moore apprenticed under French photographer, Emile Rivoire of New Orleans. He purchased Rivoire's studio in 1904 and renamed it.
