Marine seascape oil on board, signed "Strong" in lower right corner. Depicting rolling seas in the foreground with a lighthouse in the distance. Appears to be in the original gilt frame. Overall excellent condition. 13 1/2" x 23 3/4" painting, 18 1/2 x 28 3/4" frame. Early 20th century.
