Original white cloth-backed yellow embossed handmade paper-covered boards patterned boards, dust-jacket, original cloth slipcase. a fine copy of the first edition: number 167 from an edition limited to 300, consisting of a 'Primary Edition' of 95 copies, and the 205 'remaining copies' numbered from 96 through 300. An important scholarly survey of the history of printing in Korea, where movable wood type was in use by the end of the 14th century, and movable metal type by the beginning of the 15th century.
