New York: H. Long & Brother, 1851. [With:] Christy's Plantation Melodies, No. 2. Philadelphia: Fisher & Brother, 1853. Together, two song books. 12mo (each 152 x 95 mm). Original pictorial wrappers. Condition: very light wear to wrappers and soiling, minor tears. The first is arranged by Charles White, "Author of the most popular Negro Melodies" and the second is billed on the front wrapper as "the first to harmonize Negro melodies."
