Cast Iron Ice Cart with two horses, possibly Hubley. Originally from the collection of William H. Yerkes (1843 - 1906), superintendent of one of Washington D.C.'s major ice companies, "The Kennebec Independent Ice Company." The name of the company has been written in marker on the side of the wagon. Some areas of paint loss. Replaced bridles and missing driver. Measures approx. 15".
