Russian made presentation piece, measuring 8" long and 4½" high with a raised depiction of a rocket. Probably was a fixture on someone's desk for years, as bottom is scratched and only traces of the red and green paint remain on the craft, however the plastic is bright and unyellowed and the piece remains a very nice find.
