Cover issued by the Satellite Commander, Mr. Ma & was carried on the 18th recoverable Chinese satellite. Cancelled Oct 30th with a China Jiuquan Satellite launch Center Chinese cds, sealed into the recoverable satellite on Nov 11th, and recovered after the flight on Nov 21st. This numbered cover (#12) is one of only 33 issued. Rare & almost never available. (Notarized Chinese language Certificate of Authenticity)
