Written in both English and Russian, this Moscow issued folder contains general salute to Tsiolkovsky and space exploration and also contains three reprinted Tsiolkovsky technical pamphlets, each signed and dated on front by ASTP astronaut Tom Stafford and by ASTP cosmonauts Leonov and Kubasov. We have not seen anything like this before.
