Flown "Astronaut" Lapel Pin (.5x.3") framed with a signed certification that reads: "This (silver lapel) pin "represents an early concept of the spacesuit and backpack" was flown on Gemini Titan Spacecraft GT-3…". It is signed by Joe Schmitt, NASA Chief Suit Tech. Mercury 3 to Shuttle STS-4. Casually framed with a Mercury 7 news clipping and clipped photos of Young and Grissom, this is the first flown pin of this type that we have seen. Rare. Flown in Space? YES
