This burial rug is from the Bakuba tribe in Zaire, Africa. The man of the house makes this rug for use in his home. When he passes his family makes a "house" out of the rug to bury him in. They then make a hole under their home and place him there. The rug measures 112 x 84". THIS ITEM IS CONSIDERED OVERSIZED AND WILL NOT BE SHIPPED.
