(14x10.5) A blue metal tray with 12, 1" white Velcro attachment points and two 13" restraining springs on one side and two Beta cloth straps with Velcro attachments (to anchor the tray) on the other. This type of tray was only used on STS1-4. The tray is well rubbed on the bottom and has a small "Class III" sticker attached. Extremely rare and the first tray of this type we have seen.
