Title: Panoramic silver photograph (of Berkeley?), tipped to thick paper and sent through the mails as a postcard

Description: 2x8", tipped to 4x9" sheet of thick paper; addressed on the back to Mrs. John H. Boden, Hayward, Calif., with 1 cent stamp (portion missing) and Hayward postmark dated Sep. 6 1900.Nice view looking across the town and bay with San Francisco visible in the distance. Signed in the negative by A.W. Price, likely Andrew Price, identified by Carl Mautz as having opened a gallery in Oakland in 1888 after operating in the North Bay and gold country.
