Title: Binder of antique Upstate New York letters Condition/Details: Contained in a large protective binder, this collection of scores of handwritten and typed antique letters and other printed material includes business correspondence on decorative letterhead from many interesting entities such as the Ceylon Tea Commission, the United States Envelope Company, and India Rubber World. Most of the letters are addressed to C. A. Mosher, the State Commissioner of Lunacy; many are marked with a Utica State Hospital "Received" stamp.
