"Low Water in the Mississippi", after Fannie Palmer, 1868 or later edition, published by Currier & Ives, hand-colored lithograph, unframed, image 18-1/4 x 28-1/16 in., page 23 x 33-1/8 in. Foxing and toning mainly visible in margins, 1/2 in. tear top middle margin, crease upper left corner with 1/4 in. tear, 1/2 in. tear top right at edge, faded, not laid down, toning verso from backing. Provenance: Collected by consignor's grandfather, 1930s or 1940s.
