Perry, Jr., Atlanta, Georgia Tarleton Blackwell is a contemporary African American Southern artist who has exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and has works represented in the collections of the Mint Museum, Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville County Museum of Art, Greenville, South Carolina; Columbia Museum of Art, Columbia, South Carolina, and Columbus Museum of Art, Columbus, Georgia.
