finely woven medallions on blue/black ground, detailed borders and corner work throughout, 10 ft. 7 in. x 13 ft. 1 in. Pile varies from none to low with large areas of corduroy effect, several small professionally rewoven areas (largest 3 x 5 in.), crease wear with related restoration, 1/2 in. loss each end with later binding with end loss to minor border, no threadbare areas, reductions or brittle areas found. Provenance: Private Collection, North Carolina
